A leading telemedicine provider in the UK is looking for a dependable Personal Assistant to support the director on a part-time, self-employed basis. This fully remote position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks independently, including handling sensitive information and scheduling meetings. The ideal candidate should have prior experience and be proficient in Microsoft 365. Competitive hourly rate offered.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Confident user of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams/SharePoint).
  • Fluent in English; Italian language skills are an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the director’s calendar and scheduling meetings.
  • Coordinating calls and virtual meetings across time zones.
  • Handling confidential correspondence and follow-ups.
  • Supporting travel arrangements and logistics for meetings.
