Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour advice and support as part of a rota.
• Holistically assess, plan, implement, and review therapeutic interventions for patients via telephone.
• Manage telephone calls from out-of-hour services, on-call doctors, and community services.

Skills

Registered General Nurse First Level degree

Prescribing or willingness to undertake prescribing

Holistic assessment experience

Teaching experience/qualification

Advanced communication skills

Ability to lead and influence change

Experience in a range of settings (hospital and community)
