Qualifications

• Experience in corporate travel management or business travel.
• Strong knowledge of a GDS, preferably Sabre.
• Ability to handle out of hours and emergency enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with out of hours calls and booking complex travel arrangements.
• Changing and amending trips, issuing and reissuing tickets.
• Problem solving for travel-related issues.
