Qualifications

• Experience in motor claims handling within a legal, insurance or claims management environment.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident working with claims data, reporting and MI.
• Proactive, pragmatic and able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between claims handlers and management teams, ensuring smooth communication.
• Drive efficiency across the claims function by coordinating incoming and active claims.
• Support client relationships, prepare for service reviews, and maintain service delivery standards.
• Produce claims statistics, performance MI, and reports for internal use and clients.
• Maintain data accuracy, document procedures, and contribute to process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and internal office protocols.
• Assist in authorising claim payments according to agreed processes.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.
