• Experience working as a solicitor within a healthcare provider.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare law and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Advising on healthcare law and regulation relevant to the charity's operations.
• Drafting and advising on access permissions.
• Managing and advising on complaints through to Ombudsman level.
