• Demonstrated expertise in SAM & ITAM standards (e.g. ISO 19770-X).
• Strong background in service delivery governance and performance management.
• Familiarity with automation and operational transformation in ITAM.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery for UK, EMEA, and APAC clients ensuring satisfaction.
• Drive standardisation and process improvement across ITAM operations.
• Coach delivery consultants promoting accountability and collaboration.
• Monitor client satisfaction and delivery performance against KPIs.
