Job summary

A leader in home energy solutions is seeking a Sales Specialist to manage customer inquiries and promote renewable heating products. The role involves designing compliant solutions and supporting sales efforts while ensuring high standards of customer service. Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of the domestic heating sector and Heat Pump systems.
  • Expertise in design and specification tools, including NIBE DIM, MCS 3005.
  • Previous experience in a sales environment.
  • Extensive knowledge and use of CRM systems.
  • Adheres to safe working practices.
  • Enthusiastic with a positive mental attitude.
  • Able to maintain and build relationships.
  • Flexible, patient, and proactive in approach.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Competent in managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming sales calls and guide potential customers.
  • Contact leads via phone, email, and internet tools.
  • Respond to quote requests and customer queries.
  • Call qualified leads to assess project status.
  • Create MCS-compliant heat pump and underfloor heating designs.
  • Support compliance with Consumer Code and MCS scheme.
  • Nurture repeat business leads.
  • Maintain CRM for tracking and reports.
  • Deliver CPD sessions and attend trade shows.
  • Share knowledge and suggest improvements.
