A leading software company is looking for a Full‑Stack Web Developer to help modernise their core digital systems. The role involves developing and maintaining features using Laravel and Vue.js, collaborating within a dynamic team. The position offers a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 and allows for predominantly remote work, with occasional visits to Stroud. Ideal candidates will have solid full-stack experience and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with Laravel / PHP for back‑end and API development.
• Front‑end experience with Vue.js or a similar modern JavaScript framework.
• Strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL) and familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Good understanding of authentication, authorisation, web security and SSO concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and maintain the core digital platform that underpins ecommerce, CRM, licensing and other internal systems.
• Design and implement features across both front‑end and back‑end using Laravel/PHP and Vue.js.
• Support the migration from legacy systems to a modern, modular and scalable architecture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, helping to ensure system uptime and a smooth user experience.
