Job summary

A leading health charity is seeking a temporary part-time Finance Partner for 4 months, working 3 days per week (0.6 FTE) remotely. The role involves configuring and reconciling budgets in Xero, supporting VAT recoding, and testing integrations with Concur. Essential skills include strong experience with Xero, advanced Excel capabilities, and familiarity with expense management systems. Responsibilities

• Configure Xero for 2026 budget coding and upload budgets.
• Reconcile budgets and implement options for entering forecasts.
• Distribute budgets and develop Xero reports for updates.
• Support VAT recoding and apply budget coding within Concur.
• Test API integrations between Concur and Xero.
• Assist with finance guide preparation and month-end activities.
• Provide general financial administration support.
