Qualifications

  • Good working knowledge of the local labour market in specified locations.
  • Experience with individuals with multiple and complex needs, especially learning disabilities.
  • Fully IT literate with Microsoft Office 365 and modern digital technologies.
  • Experience working in a target-driven environment.
  • Ability to deliver services meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to expressions of interest from individuals and referral partners.
  • Conduct initial eligibility checks and assessments.
  • Provide compassionate communication to support decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate handover of referrals to Employment Specialists.
  • Support development of referral pathways with partners.
  • Represent the programme at outreach events.

Skills

Knowledge of local labour market
