Qualifications

• Proven estate planning or will writing experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an empathetic nature.
• Ability to relay complex legal information understandably.
• Confidence when presenting.
• Ability to consult, influence, and negotiate.
• Practical IT literacy in a remote setting.
• Full UK driver's license with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Attend appointments generated by the company.
• Self-generate at least 50% of new business.
• Discuss the benefits of estate planning products and services.
• Draft legal documents with the support of Co-op Legal Services.
• Deliver talks and seminars on legal products and services.
• Work closely with customers to identify needs.
• Capture customer instructions using in-house software.
