This role will manage incoming referrals and conduct needs assessments for individuals seeking employment assistance, ensuring clear communication and referrals to Employment Specialists. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the local labor market and experience supporting individuals with complex needs. Qualifications

• Good knowledge of the local labour market in specified locations.
• Experience with individuals having multiple complex needs, especially those with learning disabilities.
• Fully IT literate with Microsoft products including Teams.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to expressions of interest from individuals.
• Conduct eligibility checks and triage assessments.
• Provide clear communication to potential participants.
• Handover referrals to Employment Specialists.
• Build referral pathways with community organizations.
• Represent the program at outreach and community events.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with GDPR.
• Contribute to internal reporting and performance monitoring.
• Promote Connect to Work through targeted outreach.
