Job Title: Remote Digital Media Buyer - Google & Meta(100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $2,100 - 3,000 USD/month paid via Deel but open to other payment methods

Schedule:Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Central Time (some occasional weekend coverage)

Job Overview

Join our client as a Digital Media Buyer and take ownership of Search, Display, PMAX, YouTube, and Paid Social campaigns to drive customer acquisition and scale performance. You’ll be responsible for strategy, execution, budget management, and ongoing optimization. In this role, you'll lead testing initiatives, analyze performance data, and communicate insights to clients. Success will require strong collaboration with internal teams and a proactive approach to staying ahead of platform and industry trends.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage, optimize, and build Google Ads and Paid Social campaigns, including audiences and creatives, for various brands.
  • Develop and contribute to a testing roadmap for creative, ad formats, and audience segmentation to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth tactics.
  • Monitor and manage ad spend to align with client budgets and target KPIs
  • Analyze performance data daily, using attribution tools and platform data to optimize campaigns.
  • Conduct competitor and market research and integrate findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for scaling campaigns while maintaining efficiency and ROAS goals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align media buying strategies with client goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to refine and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct weekly account audits and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and platform representatives (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:
  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on Google Ads and Paid Social campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce, performance marketing, attribution, and the digital ad exosystem.
  • Ability to work with attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, etc) and analyze cross-platform data.
  • Familiarity with competitor research methods and how to apply findings to campaign strategy.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to set and manage timelines, coordinate with team members and external vendors, and monitor campaign progress
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Willingness to stay ahead of industry trends and continuously improve skills and strategies.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and advertising management tools (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
