Qualifications

• Proven track record in service delivery within digital or legacy environments.
• Deep understanding of GDS standards and challenges of government IT.
• Practical knowledge of ITIL and cloud-native architectures.
• Expert in managing multidisciplinary agile teams.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and present to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and roadmap for cloud-native DevOps programmes.
• Oversee sprint planning and backlog prioritization.
• Manage third-party SLAs and senior-level client relationships.
• Guide adoption of Infrastructure as Code and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Ensure alignment with GDS guidelines and compliance.
