Job summary

thyssenkrupp Elevator seeks a highly organised, customer-focused administrative coordinator for our Customer Care team. This fully remote role starts with weekday training in our offices to align processes.

You will support customers, field teams and operations by coordinating service activities, handling enquiries by phone and email, and maintaining essential documentation and invoices.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English required or equivalent.
• Experience in administrative, customer service or service coordination roles.
• Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office, and with databases/internal systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer relationship abilities.
• Great organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritise.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
• Coordinate and log service activities using internal systems.
• Support engineers and operations with administrative tasks.
• Process and maintain customer, service and contract information.
• Manage documentation, reports and records to ensure data accuracy.
• Raise and process purchase orders and invoices.
• Assist with customer communications and service updates.
