The position involves handling customer enquiries, coordinating service activities, processing orders, and maintaining data accuracy to support field engineers and operations.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
• Experience in administrative, customer service, service coordination, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and databases; experience with internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
• Handle customer enquiries and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate and log service activities using internal systems.
• Support engineers and operational teams with administrative tasks.
• Process and maintain customer, service, and contract information.
• Monitor shared inboxes and respond to enquiries.
• Raising and processing purchase orders and invoices.
