Job summary

thyssenkrupp Elevator in the United Kingdom is seeking a motivated Customer Care coordinator. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, coordinating service activities, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced office environment.

Based on 37.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, 12pm–8pm, the position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork to support engineers and colleagues across the business.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (Maths and English) required.
• Experience in administrative, customer service, or service coordination roles.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
• Coordinate and log service activities using internal systems.
• Process purchase orders and invoices accurately.
• Maintain documentation, reports and records for compliance.
• Support engineers and operations with admin tasks.
