Job summary

A national specialist legal services company is seeking a Home Based Phone Sales Consultant to engage with existing clients. The role involves reviewing client arrangements and advising on the best options via phone or zoom during scheduled daytime appointments. Ideal candidates will have exceptional customer service and rapport-building skills, along with at least five years of relevant experience. Full product training will be provided at the head office in Lincoln.

Simpler Law Limited is looking for further additions to our well established, existing Client Team as a full time employed Home Based Phone Sales Consultant.

Your Job

Your day is prearranged for you to speak to 3-4 of our existing clients per day, to review their existing arrangements, to ensure it is still the best plan for them and advise accordingly via phone or zoom. These calls are daytime appointments only, arranged between 9am and 5pm. Full product training provided at our head office in Lincoln.

We are a national specialist legal services company, dealing with Wills, trusts, conveyancing and probate. We receive between 120-150 new referrals per day from all over the UK, from various sources, including introducers, advertising and existing clients and are a rapidly expanding company.
