• Experience in a manufacturing or production business preferred.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Commercially astute, capable of developing strategies for inflationary markets.
• Resilient and confident in leading complex initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Professional fluency in English required; other languages like German are a plus.
• Some ad hoc travel may be required.
