Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in the UK seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will target and secure new business from SMEs and large organizations across Kent, East Sussex, and South London. Offering a salary of £45,000 to £55,000, with an uncapped OTE of £80,000, plus a car allowance and benefits. This remote role requires excellent sales skills and a background in parcel delivery or direct mail.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' territory management/field sales experience.
  • Experience selling direct mail/parcel delivery solutions.
  • Self-starter, new business focused, money motivated, and tenacious.

Responsibilities

  • Source, negotiate, and convert new business contracts with SMEs.
  • Identify and convert cross-selling opportunities in delivery services.
  • Attend at least 9 face-to-face meetings per week to achieve targets.
  • Self-generate sales leads to meet weekly call targets.
