Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of administration experience reporting to senior level.
  • Ability to use own initiative and work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage schedules to maximise capacity and prevent overbooking.
  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams to confirm logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and reschedules.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and customer complaints professionally.
