Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Religious Education Teacher to join a school team on a permanent basis starting at the end of September 2025. You will deliver engaging RE lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, fostering students’ understanding of religion, ethics, and cultural perspectives while encouraging critical thinking and discussion.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Religious Education, Theology, or a related subject.
  • Experience teaching RE across Key Stages 3 and 4; experience with KS5 is desirable.
  • Strong classroom management, organisational, and communication skills as a Religious Education Teacher.
  • A commitment to inspiring students and promoting ethical understanding and cultural awareness.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Responsibilities
