We are seeking agency relief Support Workers for our well established clients based in Sunderland. The suitable candidate will be working to :

Provide their residents with individualized support with their personal care and wider aspects of daily living, in line with their agreed care plan, to optimise wellbeing, and ensure they lead as fulfilling lives as possible.

Requirements for this role to include :
