A leading pharmaceutical company in the UK is seeking an experienced professional to enhance facility and equipment reliability through proactive maintenance strategies. You will implement continuous improvement initiatives in a highly regulated environment, focusing on quality and compliance. Ideal candidates will have experience in conducting FMEA, RCA, and SIA in pharmaceutical settings. The role offers a competitive salary of £48,000 - £52,000 and comprehensive benefits including annual leave and pension contributions.
You will be responsible for improving facility and equipment reliability and availability by implementing proactive maintenance strategies, analysing equipment failures, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with regulatory compliance (e.g. MHRA, GMP). You will have a thorough understanding of FMEA, reliability centred maintenance, system impact and component criticality assessments, and quality based processes.
Experience of highly regulated environments e.g. pharmaceutical including conducting FMEA, RCA and SIA.
