  • Oversee packaging and deployment of:
  • .NET applications and services
  • Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
  • Manage CAB inputs, change records, approvals, and audit evidence.
  • Ensure clear rollback and backout strategies are in place.
  • Work with engineering teams to maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub).
  • Collaborate with QA on test planning, UAT scheduling, and phased deployments.
  • Monitor post‑release health and coordinate hypercare and incident response.
  • Maintain release documentation including runbooks, checklists, and environment maps.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Release Manager delivering releases across multiple systems.
  • Strong experience releasing .NET applications and Azure‑hosted services.
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform releases.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub for CI/CD.
  • Solid understanding of change management, CAB processes, and release governance.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
