Qualifications

• Strong understanding of FCA regulations.
• Consumer Duty experience is preferred.
• Experience in providing regulatory advice to business units.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert in regulation.
• Monitor regulatory changes and trends.
• Develop relationships with business units for compliance advice.
• Support implementation of new regulations.
• Assist in preparing regulatory reports for the FCA.
