• Have individual experience in the chemicals industry.
• Knowledge of REACH legislation is required.
• Experience with SAP SVT is ideal.
• Experience in project management is necessary.

Responsibilities

• File necessary registrations with a focus on REACH and UK REACH.
• Manage projects related to registrations and compliance.
• Advise functional managers on projects and procedures.
• Develop procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Communicate with external regulators and internally.

Regulatory Affair Specialist

As a Regulatory Affair Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Filing necessary registrations with an emphasis on REACH and UK REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals)
• Using both IUCLID and SAP software
• Project‑managing registrations and similar projects
• Advise and update functional managers regarding projects, processes, and procedures.
• Assist in developing procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Handle communication both internally and with external regulators.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a science or environmental‑based BSc (or a high school diploma / GED with previous experience in Environmental Health & Safety).
• Have experience in the chemicals industry.
• Have REACH legislation knowledge.
• Have SAP SVT experience would be ideal for this role.
• Have project management experience.
