Overview

Could you join our team? We are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our practice. We have offered an excellent general practice service since 2009 with a fully fitted in-store practice including 3 consult rooms, an operating theatre, digital x-ray, ultrasound, and full top of the range Idexx suite. We have over 6000 active small animal and exotic patients and we are growing.

Owner and Vet Debbie Clarke qualified from Bristol in 2000 and is a very experienced Joint Venture Partner, having worked with the company since 2002. Debbie encourages all colleagues to be the best they can be, with CPD actively supported and funded.

The current position is full time at 35 hours per week; however, part time will also be considered to provide flexibility for all candidates, with 1 in 4 weekends and no out of hours.

Salary is between £23,000 and £30,000 depending upon experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide competent general practice nursing with a focus on excellent patient care.
  • Demonstrate clear communication and teamwork within a small and larger team environment.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service and patient care at every appointment.
