An exciting opportunity has arisen for a registered nursing associate to join the NICU team. You will be responsible for competently providing safe and effective care with minimal supervision to babies on the NICU.
You will work independently under the leadership of a registered nurse, operating within the sphere of nursing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating programmes of care. You will communicate effectively, with sensitivity and compassion, and manage relationships with parents, families and staff, making reasonable adjustments where necessary.

You will be responsible for competently providing safe and effective care to infants requiring hospitalisation, with minimal supervision. You will work independently under the leadership of registered nurses, implementing, monitoring and evaluating programmes of care. Communication with sensitivity, compassion, and management of relationships with parents, babies and staff will be essential.
This vacancy is for Registered Nurses with full NMC registration. Internationally trained nurses who have not passed their OSCE will not be considered for this role and will be automatically rejected.
For NHS Cambridgeshire and Peterborough based roles, applicants who identify themselves as at risk of redundancy will be prioritised over those not at risk, though interviews cannot be guaranteed.
