Join CAREonsite as a Registered Nurse (RN) – Occupational Health & Injury Case Management
CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, provides occupational medical services nationwide. We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Registered Nurse (RN) with at least two years of experience in general medicine, occupational health, or emergency room nursing.
Schedule & Pay
- Schedule: As Needed (M-F 0800 - 1400) No nights or weekends
- Pay Range: $38.00 - $42.00
What You’ll Do
- Support & Monitor Occupational Health Programs – Provide care, oversight, and coordination of a wide range of occupational health services.
- Health Promotion & Education – Develop health promotion programs in collaboration with the supervising occupational physician.
- Medical Reporting & Compliance – Provide accurate, well-documented medical reports and formulate occupational health procedures as needed.
- Health Assessments & Surveillance – Conduct job-specific health assessments, pre-employment exams, and ongoing health surveillance.
- First Aid & Injury Case Management – Provide first aid care, manage work-related injuries and illnesses, and coordinate follow-up care per protocol.
- Clinical Expertise – Perform phlebotomy, IV blood draws, and administer immunizations as required.
- Occupational Illness & Injury Consultation – Work under established protocols to evaluate, monitor, and report potential occupational illnesses and injuries.
What We’re Looking For
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- At least 2 years of experience in general medicine, occupational health, or emergency room nursing.
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS/AED) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Proficiency in phlebotomy, IV blood draws, and immunizations.
- Strong computer skills – Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic medical data management.
- Physical ability – Requires standing and walking for up to five hours per shift; infrequent lifting of up to 15 lbs.
