Location: Heeley Bank, Sheffield, S2
Shift Times: 19:45–08:00

Hours: 2 nights per week

Schedule: Rota basis including alternate weekends and some bank holidays

About the Role

Monarch Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Heeley Bank Care Home in Sheffield, working part time Night shifts.

Heeley Bank is a purpose‑built care home providing high‑quality residential and nursing care for older adults, including individuals living with dementia. With spacious accommodation and a committed team, we focus on delivering person‑centred care in a warm and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, review, and update person‑centred care plans in consultation with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals, in line with NMC guidelines and company policies
  • Administer prescribed medication and maintain accurate records
  • Monitor the health and wellbeing of residents, reporting any concerns and coordinating appropriate professional input
  • Lead and support the care team while acting as nurse in charge, ensuring effective communication and thorough handovers
  • Liaise with external professionals to ensure high standards of care are maintained
