Your duties include managing medication distribution, advising families, and supervising the care team. As a Registered Nurse - Nights, your focus will be to act as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required and observing all instructions to act upon their behalf, while ensuring high standards of care for the residents. Your responsibilities will include undertaking nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and management of chronic medical conditions. You will also be responsible for advising families and GPs of any changes in resident condition, as well as effectively deploying and supervising the care team to ensure all tasks are completed during your shift.

Please note this role will require:
To be successful in this role, you must hold a First Level qualification and current NMC Registration, demonstrate a minimum of 2 years' experience and up-to-date knowledge of care, and possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to instruct and demonstrate care activities.
