A large healthcare provider in Norwich seeks a Band 5 Nurse for their Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Nurse who is QIS, or has recent neonatal experience, to join our team on the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. We are a regional level 3 intensive care unit with 42 cots, providing the most advanced and specialist care for premature and critically unwell newborns. We deliver a full range of care from Intensive and high dependency through special and transitional care, ensuring that babies and their families receive seamless, compassionate support throughout their journey. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will be involved and supported in providing a strong culture of family integrated care where we support parents as partners in care.
We offer a wealth of training and development opportunities, and you will benefit from a comprehensive 6-week induction with access to simulation training and mentorship from experienced neonatal nurses and advanced practitioners. You\'ll be supported to complete the specialist nursing training (QIS) and develop your skills in a friendly, inclusive team.
