Registered Nursing Home Manager - Nurse Qualified – Near Stoke-on-Trent. Full-Time | Permanent. Must be NMC Registered (RGN/RMN). Responsibilities
  • Full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a nursing home
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver outstanding nursing and personal care
  • Ensure the service remains compliant with CQC regulations and company standards
  • Oversee clinical governance, care planning, risk assessments, and audits
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals
  • Provide clear leadership, support, and mentoring to nursing and care teams
Requirements
  • NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) - essential
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a nursing home setting
