Responsibilities
  • Delivery of nursing practices according to the evidence-based research, nursing policies, and standards of care to provide and ensure safe and excellent delivery of individualized patient centered care with a diverse patient population.
  • Ongoing communication with patients, nursing colleagues and other members of the health care team regarding patient’s status, rendered care and treatment plans.
  • Responsible for optimal patient/guest satisfaction and care experience according to Hackensack Meridian Health standards.
  • Medication administration utilizing the latest clinical documentation technology designed to ensure the safest delivery of medications to our patients.
  • Patient and family centered care aimed at optimizing health, wellness and disease management.
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration in management of our patient’s plan of care and goals from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitioning and continuum of care.
Qualifications
  • Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license
  • Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification
  • BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years
  • Must have six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience OR must be an active participant with Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program

Compensation

Starting at $44.24 Hourly. HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members. The posted rate of pay in this job posting is a reasonable good faith estimate of the minimum base pay for this role at the time of posting in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act and does not reflect the full value of our market-competitive total rewards package.

Compensation Details
