An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a Band 5 nurse for the Critical Care Unit in Ysbyty Glan Clwyd North Wales. Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board operates three Hospital sites with a total of 33 Critical Care beds, delivering care for all unscheduled care and a broad range of surgical specialties.
We are seeking nurses who ideally have experience in an acute area. Candidates must be enthusiastic, committed and willing to develop in this very rewarding nursing specialty. We offer a supernumerary training period and a detailed preceptorship program alongside the National Competency Framework for Adult Critical Care Nurses.
The Critical Care Unit aims to deliver safe, high quality care and ensures a positive patient experience. As part of our team, you will represent the Trust in delivering nursing care in line with the Trust Values and treat all staff/colleagues, patients, families, and visitors with respect and dignity.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
