• Qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

Responsibilities

• Providing a high standard of care to people with learning disabilities and personality disorders.
• Developing therapeutic relationships to optimize patient engagement.
• Following all codes of conduct and promoting ethical practice.
• Contributing to patient assessments and compiling care plans.
• Accepting responsibility for maintaining quality nursing care.
• Working as a Primary Nurse / Care Coordinator.
