Overview

Registered Manager - Children & Young Person Services is a brand new opportunity to lead within Children's Residential services.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the day to day operations
  • Supervise, mentor & support the team, including ensuring training and professional development is continuous and up to date
  • Having oversight and management of the homes budget & expenditure
  • Develop and implement bespoke & child centered care plans for the young people
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, Keys Standards and Policy's & Procedures
  • Promote a positive, trauma-informed culture in the workplace.
  • Manage referrals, liaise with local authorities, and maintain strong relationships with external partners, Local Authorities & Stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to senior management

Essential
