Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care

Derby | £40,000 – £43,000 | Full-Time

We are working on behalf of an established and growing domiciliary care provider who are expanding following the successful award of new care contracts in the Derby area. As part of this growth, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Registered Manager to lead and develop their new Derby branch.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, driven Registered Manager who enjoys building services, leading teams, and scaling high‑quality domiciliary care operations.

The Role

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the full operational leadership of the Derby branch, including :

  • Registering the service with CQC and ensuring ongoing compliance
  • Mobilising new care packages and scaling the service in line with new contracts
  • Recruiting, managing and developing care and office teams
  • Ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding and person‑centred delivery
  • Managing budgets, rostering, KPIs and performance
  • Building strong relationships with commissioners, local authorities and stakeholders
  • Driving occupancy, growth and service sustainability
About You
  • Is an experienced Registered Manager within domiciliary care
  • Has a strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
  • Ideally has experience mobilising new branches, contracts or services
  • Is confident managing growth, change and increasing care hours
  • Has strong leadership, people management and organisational skills
  • Holds (or is working towards) Level 5 in Health & Social Care
  • Is commercially aware and passionate about delivering high‑quality care
