Job summary

A not-for-profit organisation is seeking an Ofsted Registered Manager for a new 2 bed Therapeutic-Informed children's home in Wirral, commuting from Liverpool. This exciting role involves opening and managing the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations, and providing leadership to staff to foster a nurturing environment for children. Candidates must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare and have experience as a Registered Manager. A £5000 bonus is offered for this position.
