The Registered Manager Candidate

• Experienced Manager in Learning Disability and Residential
• Excellent CQC knowledge
• NVQ Level 5 ideally
• Must be passionate about person centred care

The Registered Manager Interview Process

The interview process for this role will be two stages.

1. Stage one - Informal with Regional Manager
2. Stage two - Face to face interview on-site
