A leading supported living charity in the Evesham area is seeking a Registered Manager to oversee residential care and supported living services. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, and proven leadership abilities. This role offers a competitive base salary of £36,339, 33 days leave, and benefits including a pension scheme and employee support line.

Forest Care Selection are currently working with a leading provider of care and support services to individuals with a Learning Disability.

This provider has an opportunity for a Registered Manager to oversee their residential care and supported living services in the Evesham area.

Responsibilities
  • Lead established staff teams across multiple sites.
  • Hold registration for a registered care setting.
  • Ensure the services continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Implementing person centred support across the services.
Qualifications
  • Experience of working with individuals with a Learning Disability.

  • Experience of leading care and support teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC fundamental standards.
  • Ideally held registration or extensive experience at a deputy manager level.
