A leading care organization in Littlehampton is seeking a Registered Care Home Manager to oversee operations and ensure compliance with CQC regulations. In this role, you will guide a dedicated team in providing high-quality, person-centered care. We are seeking an experienced and values-led Registered Care Home Manager to provide strong leadership and operational oversight within one of our care homes, supporting residents with a range of needs including residential, nursing and dementia care.
As both Home Manager and CQC Registered Manager, you will hold overall accountability for the quality of care, regulatory compliance, people leadership, and commercial performance of the home. You will lead by example, creating a safe, compassionate and inclusive environment where residents are supported to live well and staff feel valued, engaged and motivated.
