Developing care provider looking for an experienced Registered Home Manager / Nursing Home Manager

60 bed nursing home

Dementia and general elderly care

Our client is looking for a passionate Registered Home Manager / Nursing Home Manager for their 60bed nursing and residential service in the Frome, Somerset area. The Regional Manager is looking for an experienced Manager with a valid NMC PIN or someone who has experience of managing a nursing home, or has a great deal of Deputy Management experience, a passion for high quality care, a good understanding of the needs of people with dementia and a good understanding of CQC requirements.

Our client will provide you with a great deal of support to help you succeed in this role, they will also provide any additional qualifications and courses you require.
