A growing organization in Solihull is seeking a Registered Children’s Home Manager to establish a new home specializing in Learning Disabilities (LD) or Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD). This role offers support from experienced leadership and allows you to recruit your own staff. Who will you be working for?
This therapeutic PACE led organisation is currently in a growth phase! They already operate two, Ofsted registered children’s homes, which are both rated “Good” with Ofsted and have acquired two new properties in the Solihull area. They boast strong leadership with a clinical doctor at the helm of their practice and have been announced finalists of the National Children & Young People Awards for their incredible work this year.
You will be responsible for registering a brand-new children’s home according to your own specialism (LD or EBD – you choose!) alongside an incredibly experienced and supportive Responsible Individual who has been in your shoes. You’ll recruit for your own staff team with final say on personnel, and have full Head Office / Back Office support, and the use of ClearCare reporting software.
