Opportunity to join the experienced Chelmsford team at SWECO Building Control, working on prestigious UK commercial projects within a knowledgeable team. They are open to surveyors at various levels, with minimum class 2D, and senior/principal surveyors at class 2F or 3.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve specific objectives as defined.
• Collaborate with the team to develop objectives and resolve issues.
• Contribute to bids and understand contract risk profiles.
• Conduct thorough inspections of commercial buildings for compliance.
• Assess plans and designs for legal compliance.
• Manage large-scale technical projects with complex aspects.
• Take responsibility for contractual liabilities.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Engage with contacts to generate sales and relationships.
• Develop technical skills and mentor team members.
• Ensure all proposals and tenders follow the Sweco process.

Job Requirements
