Job summary

A leading recruitment agency seeks a Registered Building Inspector in Greater London. In this full-time role, you will conduct inspections, assess compliance with building regulations, and prepare inspection reports. The ideal candidate will have registration with the Building Safety Regulator and experience in both residential and non-residential site inspections. This temporary position offers £385 per day. Registered Building Inspector needed in North London Paying £385 per day ref 1681688

Full time hours on a temporary basis

  • Carry out inspections across residential and non‑residential sites in line with statutory requirements.
  • Assess plans, specifications, and building works to ensure compliance with Building Regulations.
  • Provide clear, expert advice to contractors, developers, architects, and the public.
  • Prepare accurate inspection reports, notices, and enforcement documentation.
  • Identify contraventions and take appropriate action to resolve non‑compliance.
  • Maintain full registration with the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) and comply with competency frameworks.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of building control processes and service delivery.
  • Represent the organisation at meetings and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
