A leading social care provider in Birmingham is looking for a Registered Branch Manager to enhance the quality of life of those supported. The ideal candidate will manage daily services, develop support plans, conduct care assessments, and ensure compliance with regulations. This role requires a passion for supporting individuals with diverse needs, especially those with autism and complex mental health challenges. Candidates must have prior experience in care management and a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care.
