A leading support services company in the UK is seeking a Regional Technical Manager to provide technical leadership across compliance areas. This role focuses on Legionella and Asbestos management and requires a strong foundation in building services and statutory regulations. Salary: £47,145 - £60,375 (DOE)
Car Allowance: £500/Month
Base Location: Sennybridge Training Camp, Brecon, Powys, Wales LD3 8PN
Regional Role: Own Transport Required
Landmarc Support Services are seeking a Regional Technical Manager who can bring clarity, confidence, and strong technical leadership to a diverse and complex built estate.
This is a strategic and influential position, where your technical expertise shapes how safety, compliance, and engineering standards are understood, implemented, and assured across the region.
If you lead through knowledge, support others to excel, and take pride in raising standards, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact. Candidates with strong experience in Legionella and/or Asbestos management are particularly encouraged to apply.
You don't need to be a subject matter expert in every discipline, but you do need a strong technical foundation, sound judgement, and the confidence to guide others.
