Job summary

A leading letting and estate agency network is seeking a Systems Trainer to train regional teams on effective use of their CRM systems. The role is based in Horsforth and offers an OTE of £30,000 to £35,000 pa. Responsibilities include writing training courses, scheduling new-starter training sessions, and ensuring proficiency in the relevant CRM systems. The ideal candidate should have experience with multiple CRM systems and strong training skills.

REPORTING TO: Head of Operations

JOB PURPOSE

Reporting into the Head of Operations you will be responsible for training regional teams on effective use of the CRM systems used across group. This role is based in Horsforth and has an OTE range of £30,000 - £35,000 pa.

Lomond is the UKs leading network of Letting and Estate agents with over 60,000 properties under management in the UK. The business currently operates across London, Yorkshire, Manchester, the Midlands, South Coast, and Scotland as well as having a PRS investment team operating across the UK.

The business requires the highest professional and customer care standards consistently applied in each of the group region and we are recruiting for a Systems trainer to ensure each user is proficient on the relevant CRM system that they use.

The role specifically requires experience of using multiple CRM systems and ability to write and deliver relevant training programmes for all user group.
